Negativity Clearing Exercise

This exercise should be practiced for at least fifteen minutes twice a week. After thirty days, you will notice that you have become much more positive. At the same time, you will become highly resistant to negative emotions.

Begin by lying on your back. If you wish, you may place a pillow under your head. Close your eyes, and as you exhale, imagine all the tension of your body melting into the floor (fig. 8.1).
